Let Them Eat Cake: Who Controls Your Plate? Presents the curatorial work of 10 students in their final year of undergraduate study at Manchester Metropolitan University – Madeline Cray, Birce Cennetoglu, Clare Davidson, Harriet Hibberd, Charlie Linton, Zahra Mascolo, Anastasia Morozova, Holly B McLenahan, Hannah Smiles.

Alongside these students, the exhibition features artwork created through workshops with the wider MMU student community and with members of the Ancoats Visual Arts group.

The exhibition will be displayed in the Division of Labour’s ‘Abstract KAB’ mobile gallery. The student group has been guided by Senior Lecturer at MMU Nicola Singh, alongside A Modest Show curator and Division of Labour Director Nathaniel Pitt, collectively exploring dynamic ways of curating outside the gallery setting.
